Israel continues its genocidal onslaught on Gaza for 138th day

Gaza (Quds News Network) – Amidst fierce battles between the Palestinian resistance forces and Israeli occupation troops on the ground, the Israeli occupation regimes persists in its destructive campaign on the Gaza Strip for the 138th consecutive day, targeting multiple areas within the territory and killing dozens of innocent civilians during the last hours.

Israeli artillery continues to strike residential neighborhoods and densely populated areas, causing extensive damage in the Nuseirat, Jabalia refugee camp, and Deir al-Balah regions. The bombardment has resulted in the tragic murder of dozens of Palestinian civilians, with hundreds more sustaining injuries.

In a particularly alarming incident, Israeli warplanes targeted the Riyadh Al-Salihin Mosque in Jabalia refugee camp, levelling it to the ground.

In central Gaza, at least six Palestinians were killed as a result of an Israeli attack on a vehicle in Abu Hasni Street in Deir al-Balah, situated in the central region of the Gaza Strip.

Simultaneously, Israeli naval vessels targeted the coastal area of Rafah in the southern part of Gaza, while reports emerged of casualties in the Mawasi area north of Khan Yunis in the south of the territory, the area allegedly designated by Israel as a safe zone for Palestinians.

The Palestinian Red Crescent further reported the killing of more than 45 Palestinians due to Israeli airstrikes targeting residential homes in the central region since Tuesday evening.

The Red Crescent highlighted a dire humanitarian situation in northern Gaza, describing a genuine famine in the territory that has led to the death of several Palestinians amid an ongoing Israeli war of starvation. Shocking reports indicate that Palestinians are struggling to find food and water, as the Israeli siege blocks the entry of essential supplies to the region in a premediated war of hunger.

This comes at a time when Israeli forces target anyone attempting to bring aid into Gaza, especially in the northern areas.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health announced that the Israeli occupation forces committed nine massacres against families in Gaza during the last 24 hours, resulting in 103 fatalities and 142 injuries in the past 24 hours alone. The overall toll of the Israeli aggression now stands at 29,195 martyrs and 69,170 injuries.

Meanwhile, Doctors Without Borders reported that Israeli forces targeted a shelter housing some of its personnel and their families in Khan Yunis.

Preliminary figures indicate that at least two civilians were killed, and six others were injured in this attack.
