The Times Reveals Secret Israeli Plan to Partition Gaza, Expel Civilians, and Assassinate Hamas Leaders

Gaza (QNN)- The Times has exposed a secret Israeli military document outlining a full emergency plan that Israel intends to implement if ceasefire talks with Hamas collapse.

According to the British newspaper, the classified plan consists of three main phases. Each phase signals Israel’s intention to continue the genocide, even after the release of Israeli soldier prisoners held by Hamas. The report warned that the plan could deepen fears among Palestinians and critics of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who faces war crimes charges at the International Criminal Court.

Phase One: Total Control and “Sterile Zones”

The first stage focuses on tightening Israel’s military grip on Gaza. The plan calls for deploying additional battalions to complete the occupation of the entire Strip. Gaza would be divided into five sealed military zones described in the document as “sterile areas,” where only Israeli forces are allowed to operate.

According to The Times, these areas would be “completely cleared” of any “Hamas presence”. Civilians would be forced into designated zones described by Israel’s defense minister Israel Katz as a “humanitarian city.” But several Israeli political figures, including former prime ministers Yair Lapid and Ehud Olmert, compared the concept to concentration camps.

Phase Two: “Voluntary” Expulsion

The second phase involves “encouraging” Palestinians in Gaza to leave “voluntarily.” The Israeli Foreign Ministry has reportedly set up a “Bureau for Voluntary Emigration” to manage the process. The bureau would coordinate “safe corridors” for civilians to travel to third countries.

Under the plan, Gazans who agree to leave would be transported from the Strip to Ramon Airport in Eilat, then flown abroad to destinations yet to be identified.

Experts quoted by The Times said the move echoes earlier US and Israeli statements calling on Gaza’s residents to leave the enclave so it could be rebuilt as the “Riviera of the Middle East.” Human rights advocates, however, have condemned the idea as a form of ethnic cleansing.

Phase Three: Global Assassination Campaign

The final phase centers on a coordinated campaign to assassinate Hamas leaders inside and outside Gaza, in collaboration with the United States.

According to the leaked document, Israel has drawn up a target list that includes top Hamas figures such as Khalil al-Hayya and Khaled Mashal, both based in Qatar. Other names mentioned include Izz al-Din al-Haddad and Raed Saad in Gaza, as well as Osama Hamdan, Mousa Abu Marzouk, and Ghazi Hamad in Lebanon and Qatar.

The list also includes Khaled Ghanem, head of Hamas intelligence operations outside Gaza.

The revelation adds to concerns that Netanyahu plans to prolong the genocide and ruin the ceasefire talks. The strategy mirrors earlier rhetoric from Israeli and American officials, including President Donald Trump, suggesting that Gaza should be “cleansed” before reconstruction.
