Israel’s relentless campaign in Gaza enters its 78th day, claiming dozens of innocent lives

Gaza (Quds News)– Dozens of innocent lives, including children and women, fell victim today to the nonstop barrage of Israeli airstrikes, artillery bombardments, and indiscriminate shootings by invading troops.

In the northern Gaza city of Jabalia, Israeli strikes targeted a residential building. The strike resulted in a tragic loss of lives and injuries to numerous civilians, primarily children and women.

The Al-Borsh family home in Jabalia faced a devastating Israeli airstrike. An Israeli strike on the family claimed the lives of at least 12 civilians, all women and children. The strike reduced the building to rubble, leaving many trapped beneath the debris, with dozens more reported injured.

In another tragic attack, Israeli artillery targeted a house in the Nazla neighborhood of Jabalia, resulting in the tragic death of a child.

In the neighboring town of Beit Lahiya, the aftermath of the Israeli withdrawal revealed the recovery of dozens of decomposed bodies from the streets of the town. Many of them had been subjected to field executions and mutilation by stray dogs following the withdrawal of Israeli tanks and armored personnel carriers.

Gaza City and its northern suburbs, particularly the neighborhoods of Sheikh Radwan and Shuja’iya, witnessed intense airstrikes. They lead to the murder of journalist Mohammed Nasr Abu Hwaidi in the Shujaiya neighborhood.

Additionally, an artillery attack on the Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City claimed the lives of six civilians. Dozens were also injured in the attack.

Further casualties resulted from the Israeli bombardment of a house belonging to the Al-Ghamri family east of the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. Two young girls lost their lives, and several others sustained injuries.

The ongoing Israeli offensive on Gaza has now resulted in a staggering toll of 20,258 Palestinians killed and 53,688 wounded, painting a grim picture of the humanitarian crisis in the region.
