Hamas had revealed earlier on Monday that 33 Israeli prisoners in their custody had been killed in Israeli assaults since October 2023. In a video posted on Telegram, Hamas stressed that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu us endangering the prisoners through his "stubbornness and criminal actions." Hamas warned that continued Israeli aggression would increase the death toll among prisoners. The Israeli government estimates that 101 prisoners remain in Gaza. Since October 7, 2023, Israel, with full US backing, has conducted large-scale assaults in Gaza. The campaign has caused over 149,000 Palestinian casualties, including thousands of children and women. More than 11,000 people remain missing amidst widespread destruction, starvation, and humanitarian collapse.BREAKING| US President-elect Donald Trump threatens that if Israeli prisoners are not released prior to his inauguration on January 20 "there will be ALL HELL TO PAY in the Middle East." pic.twitter.com/ttwgGCtNip
