Israeli navy wound fisherman in Gaza sea

Gaza (QNN)- Israeli navy on Friday wounded a Palestinian fisherman while he was fishing in the sea of Beit Lahya in northern Gaza.

Zakaria Bakr, head of Gaza’s fishermen’s union, said that the fisherman Majed Bakr (60 years old) was wounded in the head with the a rubber-coated metal bullet and he was sent to a hospital.

Israeli gunboats opened fire at fishing boats in the west of Sudaniyyeh before surrounding a boat and wounding the fisherman on it.

The Israeli navy repeatedly and deliberately open fire at the engines of Palestinians’ fishing boats to damage them and force them to stop their work.
