Ynet: King of Jordan secretly meets Israeli minister of war

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- The Israeli Ynet newspaper claimed that Abdullah II of Jordan has recently met the Israeli minister of war Benny Gantz in a secret meeting.
The Israeli newspaper claimed that the meeting took place in Jordan. Gantz had hinted, during a meeting within his party, that he met Jordanian officials.
Gantz said that Netanyahu is considered persona non grata to Jordan and that he has a negative impact on the relations between Jordan and the occupation state.
“The relations with Jordan could be much better”, Ynet cited Gantz, adding that “he has a permanent channel for talks with the king of Jordan as well as other officials” and that he believes that “dozens of agreements could be reached to strengthen the relations between the two countries”.
Although Jordan signed a normalization agreement with the occupation state back in 1994, officials fear popular rejection of any relations with the occupation state.
Recently, the relations between the occupation state and Jordan have seen tension due to the Israeli annexation of the West Bank and the Jordan Valley.
