Who’s behind the massive cyberattack on Israeli firms?

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- At least 40 Israeli companies were targeted by a cyberattack, reported Israeli media today.

The attack was carried out first against ‘Amital Data’, which provides its Unifreight logistics software, before it targeted 40 of its clients in addition to other firms.

Israeli media claimed Iran was behind the cyberattack, describing it as sharing the same characters with previous Irani attacks.

There have been at least five suspected Iranian cyberattacks on the occupation state during 2020, including one that targeted water infrastructure in the Zionist state.

So far there was “point damage,” Amital said. It also told its clients the attack was an “advanced persistent threat”, hinting that it was carried out by a nation state.
