Watchdog: ‘Israel’ demolished 129 houses in Jerusalem in 2020

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- The PLO’s National Bureau for Defending Land revealed that the occupation state demolished a record number of Palestinians’ houses in the occupied capital in 2020.
In its weekly report, the Bureau reported that Israeli authorities demolished 129 in the period between January and October, in comparison with 123 houses in 2016.
The report added that Palestinians are being banned from construction in Jerusalem as well as Israeli authorities try to expel native Palestinians from the city and replace them with Jewish settlers.
The report described the Israeli policy to replace native Palestinians with Jewish settlers as a “silent ethnical cleansing”.
