VIDEO| Palestinian youth shot dead by Israeli forces in Jenin raid
Jenin (QNN)- A Palestinian youth was shot and killed by Israeli occupation forces in the early hours of Friday morning during a military raid into the occupied West Bank city of Jenin where three others were injured.
The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that 19-year-old Salah Baraqi was shot with an Israeli live bullet in the neck, and he died of his serious wounds later.
After midnight, local sources reported, Israeli occupation forces stormed Jenin city, raided several buildings, and deployed snipers on their rooftops.
Confrontations erupted between Palestinian residents and the Israeli forces who attacked the residents with live ammunition, shooting and injuring at least three people and killing Baraqi.

Reports said a Palestinian man was also arrested during the military raid by the forces.

The West Bank city of Jenin has been the center of Israeli aggressions and military operations in the few past months, with about 48 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces since the start of this year in Jenin alone, including Al Jazeera’s veteran journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
So far in 2022, Israeli occupation forces and settlers have killed 175 Palestinians, including children, women, elderly people, journalists, and a doctor in the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem, and besieged Gaza Strip.
