Video| Palestinian man injured by Israeli gunfire in eastern Gaza succumbs to wounds

Besieged Gaza Strip (QNN)- The Palestinian man injured in protests along Gaza’s eastern border was announced dead as he succumbed to his wounds earlier on Wednesday.
Medical sources at al-Shifa Hospital in the Gaza Strip confirmed that 32-year-old Osama Khaled Dueij succumbed to his wounds which he sustained after being shot by Israeli sniper during Israel’s violent repression of a massive protests aimed at remembering Al-Aqsa Mosque arson on Gaza’s eastern borders with the 1948-occupied territories on Saturday.

Osama, from Jabalia camp and has married lately, was injured more than 7 times with the Israeli gunfire during the “Great March of Return” which commenced on Land Day, on 30 March 2018.
On Saturday, Israeli forces, stationed inside military towers on the borders of Gaza, opened fire at and threw tear gas bombs at thousands of protesters near the separation fence in eastern Gaza.
At least 41 protesters, including one journalist and 51 children, were injured with rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas bombs and live ammunition.
The peaceful protest on the borders was aimed at sending a message to the Israeli occupation that “we will never accept the continuation of the siege and the attacks on Al Aqsa mosque,” Hamas spokesperson said.
He also warned that the battle is still open and that “Jerusalem’s sword will not be sheathed.”
