Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Last night, confrontations erupted between locals and Israeli occupation forces in occupied Jerusalem.
Confrontations erupted after Israeli forces re-set checkpoints, that were removed earlier yesterday near Al Amoud gate, which leads to Al Aqsa mosque.
Video footage of the Israeli raid showed Israeli forces throwing sound bombs at the locals, who were chanting slogans passing Al Aqsa mosque.
Local sources said Israeli forces arrested two young men after beating them.
The occupied holy city has been seeing daily night confrontations with the occupation forces since the first day of Ramadan.
