Video: Israeli military bulldozer mutilates body of 17-year-old boy in West Bank

West Bank (Quds News Network)– In a horrifying display of sadism, an Israeli military bulldozer was filmed mutilating the body of 17-year-old boy Majed Abu Zeina in Al-Far’a refugee camp, south of Tubas in the occupied West Bank. The footage, which has sparked outrage, shows the bulldozer dragging the boy’s body in a brutal manner, marking a grave violation of human rights and international norms.

Majed was shot and killed by Israeli forces during a raid on the refugee camp on Wednesday. According to the Red Crescent Society, their medical teams were initially prevented from reaching him by Israeli soldiers. When they finally retrieved his body, it was transported to the hospital, but not before Israeli forces used a bulldozer to drag his body out of the refugee camp.

The attack on Abu Zeina was not an isolated incident. On the same day, Israeli forces targeted a vehicle in Tubas with a drone strike, killing five Palestinian young men: Ahmad Fawwaz Abu Dawwas, Qusay Majdi Abdul-Razzaq from Tubas, Mohammad Awad Al-Aidi from Al-Far’a camp, Mohammad Nazmi Abu Zaga, and Mohammad Zakaria Al-Zubeidi from Jenin.

This recent wave of attacks is part of a larger Israeli military offensive that began on August 28, 2023, particularly focused on the northern West Bank. Since the start of the offensive, 40 Palestinians have been killed, including 21 from Jenin, 8 from Tulkarm, 8 from Tubas, and 3 from Hebron. The total number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, has now reached 700.

The video of Abu Zeina’s body being dragged by the bulldozer serves as yet another stark reminder of the systematic violence carried out by Israeli forces against native Palestinians, even in death.
