Occupied Hebron (QNN)- Israeli forces on Friday arrested seven journalists, including QNN correspondent Sari Jaradat, while they were covering an anti-settlement protest in Masafer Yatta in southern Hebron.
Israeli occupation forces detained several journalists, including QNN correspondent Sari Jaradat, in Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, and blocked them from performing media coverage.
Israeli forces cracked down on journalists and activists and beat them up before closing the area and announcing it a closed military zone.
Activists and locals have performed Friday prayer at land threatened of confiscation by settlers. The protesters chanted slogans against settlement and the Israeli policy of ethnic cleansing.
