US to send $500 million to ‘Israel’ within COVID relief deal

Washington (QNN)- The US Congress on Sunday reached an agreement on a $908-billion COVID-19 relief package that has been believed to be aiming at bringing stimulus checks and enhancing unemployment benefits to millions of Americans.

However, the text of the bill states that it contains $500 million for the occupation state as well as billions of dollars for the US army.

The legislative package also contains $2 billion for Air Force missile procurement and related expenses, $4 billion for Navy weapons procurement, and $2 billion for Space Force.

The 5,593-page legislation — the longest bill in memory and probably ever — came together Sunday after months of battling, posturing and postelection negotiating that reined in a number of Democratic demands as the end of the congressional session approached.

Biden praised the bipartisan spirit that produced the measure, which he called “just the beginning.”
