UAE to have 500 Israeli corporates by the end of 2020

At least 500 Israeli corporates will be working in the UAE by the end of 2020, said Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem, Fleur Hassan-Nahoum.

In an interview with Emirates Today, Nahoum said that the Israeli companies are looking to cooperate with the Emiratis in the sectors of advanced technology and innovation, vital agriculture, modern industries and tourism.

Businessmen from the UAE and the occupation state are working to establish the “Emirati-Israeli Business Council,” which will include 1,000 businessmen members, Nahoum added.

The plans and talks about establishing the Israel-Emirati business council began last April, Nahoum said, referring to the agreement signed by the Dubai and “Tel Aviv” Chambers of Commerce.

The Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said in different press statements that “Israel’s” economy would greatly benefit from the normalization deal with the UAE.

However, media sources previously said that economic relations and partnerships between the UAE and the occupation state were on before the “peace deal” was signed.
