Two Siblings Killed in Israeli Attack on Tent in So-Called Gaza’s Mawasi “Safe Zone”
Gaza (Quds News Network)- Two siblings were killed early Sunday morning in an Israeli attack that targeted a makeshift tent in southern Gaza’s al-Mawasi, which Israel had designated as a “humanitarian zone”.
Local sources confirmed that the victims are two young children from the Al-Qadi family. Many others were also injured, including an infant.

The al-Mawasi area has been widely targeted by the Israeli military over the past two weeks.
Hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians have taken shelter in al-Mawasi after Israel ordered them to leave northern and eastern Gaza soon after the assault broke out in October 2023.
Al-Mawasi witnessed several deadly Israeli attacks, including a devastating attack on July 13, when Israeli air strikes on displaced Palestinians killed at least 88 and wounded 289 others, according to Gaza’s health ministry.
