Two Palestinian workers injured by Israeli forces near Talkarem
Occupied Palestine (QNN) – Israeli occupation forces on Sunday shot and wounded two Palestinian workers near a military checkpoint stationed west of the city of Talkarem.
Local sources reported that the Israeli forces opened fire at the two workers while trying to cross through the Israeli apartheid wall into their workplace in the pre-1948 occupied territories.
The sources added that one of the workers suffered gunshot wounds to the foot while the other was injured in the lower limbs.
The sources indicated that the injured workers were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
On Saturday, Israeli settlers shot and wounded three Palestinian citizens in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron.
locals said that the settlers attacked Palestinian homes in Surif town, northwest of Hebron, and opened fire on local residents, injuring three of them.
The locals pointed out that one of injured citizens was shot in his abdomen, a second in the leg, while the third one suffered a shrapnel injury to his limbs.
They indicated that the three wounded people, all belong to the Ghunaimat family, were rushed to hospital for treatment.
