Two Palestinian brothers shot dead by Israeli forces near Ramallah
Ramallah (QNN)- Two Palestinian brothers were shot dead by Israeli occupation forces in the village of Kufr Ein, northwest of Ramallah in the central West Bank on Tuesday.
Jawad and Thafer Abdul Rahman Rimawi, 22 and 21, were both killed in Kafr Ein village at dawn on Tuesday by Israeli gunfire, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed.
Jawad, a new business administration graduate from Birzeit University, was shot in the pelvis, and his brother Thafer, a fourth-year technology student, was shot in the chest, the ministry added.
A general strike was declared in Ramallah following the killings.

A third Palestinian, identified as 44-year-old Mufeed Mohamed Ikhlil, was shot in the head and killed by Israeli forces during a military raid into the town of Beit Ummar late Monday.
Since the start of 2022, Israeli forces have killed 205 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
