Two Israeli violations on the third day of pause

Gaza (QNN)- Israeli forces Sunday opened fire at Palestinian farmers in central Gaza, killing one of them and wounding another.

The Palestinian Red Crescent said that Israeli forces targeted two farmers while they were working in their farm in Al Maghazi refugee camp. One of them was killed while the other was wounded.

In the same vein, seven Palestinians were wounded today when Israeli forces opened fire at them in the vicinity of Al Quds Hospital in western Gaza and the Indonesian Hospital in the north. The violations come as the pause is completing its third day.

Meanwhile, Israel’s military continues to prevent 1.7 million citizens from going back to their houses in northern and central Gaza Strip. Israel has carpet-bombed the north of the besieged strip, wiping out entire neighborhoods. Thousands of civilians remain stuck under the rubble as Israeli forces prevent people from reaching their houses.

On the first day of the pause, Israeli forces opened fire at a group of Gazans. The group was trying to go back to their house in the north. Two men were killed in the violation and others were wounded.

The 4-day-long humanitarian pause was brokered between the Palestinian resistance and the occupation state and it started at 7:00 am on Friday. The pause came following 48 days of brutal bombarding of the besieged strip, killing over 15,000 civilians, 6150 of whom were children. The aggression resulted in over 36,000 injuries in what has been described by human rights organizations as a genocide and ethnic cleansing.
