Trump Shares Huckabee Message: “This Moment Sought You” as He Considers ‘Further Action’ Against Iran

Washington (Quds News Network)- Israel’s Ambassador to the US, Mike Huckabee, sent a letter to President Donald Trump, stating that “this moment sought you” and describing him as “the most consequential president” in history as Trump decide to take “further action” against Iran, while Israel continues its attacks against the country.

In a text message shared by Trump on social media on Tuesday, Huckabee, a prominent figure in the pro-Israel evangelical Christian movement, said no US president since Harry Truman in 1945 was “in a position like yours,” and that he’s the most consequential president “in a century – maybe ever.”

He said that “only ONE voice matters. HIS voice. God spared you in Butler, PA… You did not seek this moment. This moment sought YOU!”

He also describes himself as “your appointed servant in this land,” saying he was sent by Trump to Israel “to be your eyes, ears and voice and to make sure our flag flies above our embassy. My job is to be the last one to leave. I will not abandon this post. Our flag will NOT come down!”

US Vice President JD Vance said on Tuesday on X that while Trump showed “remarkable restraint” in keeping the U.S. military out of the conflict, “he may decide he needs to take further action to end Iranian enrichment.”

Leaving the G7 conference, Trump said Tuesday that a ceasefire between Israel and Iran is not enough, but instead that he wants “a real end.” He said he expects to see a “complete give-up” by Iran, according to a Politico report quoted by Reuters.

On Tuesday, the US President claimed the US knows where Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is “hiding” now, but doesn’t want him killed “for now.”
Trump said, in a social media posting, Iran’s “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER”.

On Friday, Israel launched a large-scale attack on Iran, killing top military commanders and nuclear scientists, and striking military bases, nuclear sites and residential areas across the country.

Iran has since unleashed a barrage of missile strikes on Israel in retaliation.

The Iranian Health Ministry said early Monday that at least 224 people have been killed, 90 percent of them civilians, and 1,481 wounded since Israel attacked Iran.
