Thousands rally across Europe demanding end to Israeli genocide in Gaza
London, Paris, Berlin, and more witness massive demonstrations
Jerusalem (Quds News Network) – Thousands took to the streets on Saturday in Britain, France, Germany, and other European countries to demand an end to the ongoing Israeli genocidal genocide campaign against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
In the British capital, London, a massive protest took place under the banner “Stop the Genocide in Gaza” as part of the National March for Palestine.
Demonstrators marched through the streets, reaching the government headquarters, where a major rally organized by several human rights associations, including the Palestine Solidarity Campaign and the “Stop the War Coalition, was held.
Despite severe police restrictions, hundreds of thousands took part in a massive rally in London today, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Activists shared video clips of the march on social media, calling for an immediate halt to the Israeli aggression and condemning Israel’s crimes during its ongoing war on Gaza, now in its fourth months.
Organizers criticized the capital’s police for what they said were attempts to intimidate and restrict the protesters.

Simultaneously, protests took place in the German capital, Berlin, organized by Palestinian and German organizations under the slogan “Freedom for Palestine.” Speakers at the rally urged the German government to take action to stop the genocide committed by Israel in Gaza.
Concurrent demonstrations occurred in Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, and Saarbrucken, all demanding an end to the war on Gaza.
In France, a protest in Paris called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. Participants condemned the French government and Western governments, accusing them of complicity in Israeli war crimes.
Protesters chanted slogans emphasizing the need to liberate the occupied territories, establish an independent Palestinian state, and achieve justice by holding those involved in crimes against the Palestinian people accountable.

They also called for preventing any hindrance to efforts to hold Israel accountable for genocide and crimes against humanity committed against Palestinians.
Simultaneously, a demonstration supporting Palestinians took place in Geneva, Switzerland, where participants called for protecting the Palestinian people from the occupation’s crimes, an immediate cessation of the aggression on Gaza, and holding the occupiers accountable for their attacks on civilians in the besieged enclave.
In Milan, Italy, a pro-Palestine rally too place, with protesters raising banners calling for an end to the Israeli war, accountability for the Israeli occupation’s crimes, lifting the blockade on the Gaza Strip, and delivering humanitarian aid to Palestinians there.

Denmark and Sweden
In Copenhagen, the European Palestinian Information Center shared footage of supportive protests, demanding an immediate ceasefire.
Live scenes from demonstrations in the Swedish cities of Malmo and Uppsala were broadcast by the center, with protesters calling for boycotting Israel and ending the war on Gaza.
Additionally, a massive march took place in the Finnish capital, Helsinki, demanding an end to the genocidal war in Gaza.
New York and Washington
Outside of Europe, students and pro-Palestinian movements organized rallies in New York, USA, to support Palestine, denounce U.S. support for Israel, and protest the harassment of Gaza-supporting students within the campuses of Barnard and Columbia universities.
Thousands marched to Columbia University to reject the university’s alignment with Israeli students who attacked activists supporting an end to the war and the termination of the occupation in Palestinian territories.
Simultaneously, protesters closed the five entrances to the U.S. capital, Washington, demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and condemning Western countries’ cuts in funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
