Ten Palestinian families leave their homes for Israeli military training

Jordan Valleys (QNN)- Ten Palestinian families were forced to leave their homes in the northern Jordan Valley on Tuesday at orders from the Israeli occupation forces to make way for military training in the area.

Arif Daraghmeh, rights activists, said that approximately 60 Palestinians from the areas of al-Burj and al-Maita in Tubas will have to live in the open for at least 24 hours as a result of the military training.

Israeli human rights group B’Tselem described such training as “part of Israel’s longstanding policy aimed at driving Palestinian communities out of the area”.
