Occupied West Bank (QNN)- A 16-year-old Palestinian boy was shot dead by Israeli forces on Wednesday during a “coordinated” settler and military attack on the village of Jaljulia, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank. Israeli forces have killed an average of at least one Palestinian child every week in the occupied West Bank since the start of 2025, UNICEF said on Tuesday.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health identified the victim as Yousef Kaabneh, adding that four others were injured by rubber-coated bullets during an assault carried out by settlers, protected by the Israeli forces, on the villages of Sinjil, Jaljulia, and Abwein, north of Ramallah.

Local sources affirmed that dozens of armed settlers attacked Palestinian homes in these villages, chased shepherds, and stole their livestock. Residents confronted the settlers wbo stole approximately 700 sheep during their attack on Sinjil.
Earlier today, dozens of settlers also attacked Palestinian homes on the outskirts of Jaljulia, stealing sheep and agricultural equipment.
