Second MSF Worker Killed by Israel in Two Weeks in Gaza

Gaza (Quds News Network)- Doctors Without Borders (MSF) expressed deep sorrow and shock on Friday after one of its team members was killed in Gaza. Hussam Al-Loulu, 58, died in an Israeli airstrike on April 1 in southwest Deir Al-Balah. He is the 11th MSF staff member killed since the genocide began 18 months ago, and the second to be killed by Israel in just two weeks.

MSF reported that Al-Loulu was killed alongside his wife and 28-year-old daughter in a brutal Israeli attack. He leaves behind two sons.

Al-Loulu joined MSF in December as a security guard at the organization’s emergency unit in Khan Younis. MSF praised his humility, dedication, and sincere care for others.

Hundreds of aid workers have been killed by Israel in Gaza since the genocide began. MSF stressed that Al-Loulu was one of many civilians killed since Israel resumed its assaults on March 18.

The organization repeated its urgent call for a ceasefire and demanded the protection of civilians. “This bloodshed must stop,” MSF said.

Since March 18, Israeli attacks have killed around 1,300 Palestinians and wounded nearly 3,000 others, most of them women and children.
