Resistance Security Uncovers Israeli Spy Device Network in Gaza Hospital, Roads, and Buildings

Gaza (Quds News Network)- A source from Palestinian resistance security in Gaza has revealed that spy and surveillance devices were found planted by Israeli occupation along roads, hidden among the rubble of destroyed buildings, and inside a hospital.
According to Al-Hares, a resistance security platform, a source within the resistance security revealed details about espionage operations targeting Palestinians and resistance fighters in Gaza.
Surveillance and eavesdropping devices were discovered hidden along roads and among the rubble of destroyed buildings.
One of the dismantled devices was camouflaged as a construction stone. Inside, it housed an audio recording device, a facial recognition camera, an infrared camera, and a recording and transmission unit. The device was placed along the roadside, blending seamlessly with its surroundings.
Another surveillance device was found concealed inside a metal pipe, lying next to the wall of a government facility in Gaza.
The source also revealed the discovery of a network of surveillance devices planted inside a hospital in Gaza City. Israel had intended to use these devices to monitor civilian movement as a prelude to targeted attacks.
According to the official, the discovery followed a report from a resident who noticed an unusually shaped “construction stone” inside the hospital — a site previously raided by the Israeli occupation forces during its ground invasion into central Gaza City.
Acting quickly, an undercover security unit was sent to the hospital. The initial inspection confirmed that the stone had been altered to hide a surveillance device.
Further investigation revealed that it was linked to additional spying equipment placed around the hospital, including hidden cameras disguised in various forms.
Officer “Hudhayfah” from Gaza’s Resistance Security explained to Al-Hares that these intelligence devices were recording both audio and video from their surroundings and transmitting the data directly to Israeli intelligence units—specifically, Unit 8200, which specializes in digital intelligence and code decryption, and Unit 9900, which focuses on visual intelligence.
The officer cautioned residents against tampering with suspicious objects, particularly in areas that have experienced military activity. He urged residents to report any such findings immediately to security authorities.
