Red Crescent: Injuries in Israeli crackdown on workers

Tulkarem (QNN)- Several injuries were reported this morning near the border fence between northern Tulkarem and occupied Palestine in an Israeli crackdown on lines of Palestinian workers, who were heading for work inside the occupied territories, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.

Palestine Red crescent said that violent confrontations erupted between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian workers near the border fence.

Israeli soldiers tear-gassed the workers and used stun grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets against them. The Red Crescent stated that its teams have dealt with four injuries with live bullets as well.

In the same vein, the Red Crescent said its teams treated another injury at Barta’a military checkpoint in Jenin.
