QNN’s journalists refuse to take COVID-19 vaccine before patients and elderlies
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Journalists and volunteers of Quds News Network (QNN)rejected to take COVID-19 vaccine, which is expected to be distributed by the Ministry of Health, before patients and elderlies do.
In a statement issued on Saturday, QNN’s journalists called on the ministry to focus on protecting the most vulnerable groups from the virus.
The statement commented on remarks by the minister of health, Mai Al Keleh, about the plan to distribute the vaccine throughout occupied Palestine.
Al Keleh had said today that the first batch of the vaccine will only cover 3% of Palestinians, which is estimated at 150,000 vaccines.
She added that in addition to the globally defined groups, security forces and journalists will be vaccinated first.
