Erdogan Compares Netanyahu to Hitler, Warns of Global Catastrophe
Istanbul (Quds News Network)- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Israel is fueling global instability. He warned that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Zionist ambitions could lead the world into disaster, just like Adolf Hitler did 90 years ago.

“Netanyahu and Hitler have followed the same path of destruction,” Erdogan said during the opening of the 51st OIC Foreign Ministers’ Summit in Istanbul.

He described Israel’s recent attacks on Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, and Iran as acts of piracy. “This is not defense. This is state-sponsored terrorism,” he said.

Erdogan slammed the West for backing Israel’s aggression. He said Israel acts with confidence because of the green light from its allies.

He warned that Israel seeks to reshape the region under a “new Sykes-Picot” system and vowed that Turkey will not allow it.

On Iran, Erdogan said Tel Aviv launched its war while Iran was still in talks with the US over its nuclear program. “Iran is defending its people, and that is its sovereign right,” he said.

Erdogan also said Israel benefits from division among Muslim countries. He urged members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to unite and expose Israeli crimes to the world.

“Silence on Israel’s aggression in Palestine has only encouraged it to expand its attacks across the region,” he warned.

Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan also stated that Israel is dragging the region into total disaster.

“There is no Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian, Yemeni, or Iranian problem,” Fidan said. “There is an Israeli problem.”

He called for an end to the “unlimited aggression” against Iran and warned of a wider conflict. “We must stop this from turning into a regional and global security crisis.”

The OIC foreign ministers’ summit, chaired by Fidan, began Saturday in Istanbul. The two-day session includes representatives from 57 member states, observers, and international organizations.

More than 1,000 participants are attending, including 40 senior officials at the prime minister or foreign minister level.
