Jabalia: Israeli attack kills 10 Palestinians queueing at food distribution center
Gaza (Quds News Network)- An Israeli attack killed at least 10 Palestinians and wounded 40 others on Monday as they waited in line at a food distribution center in Jabalia camp which has been under a renewed Israeli assault and siege for ten consecutive days.
Local sources and witnesses said Israeli forces fired artillery shells at civilians waiting for flour at the center in the Jabalia camp.
Ambulances and medical teams are unable to access the area to move victims to hospitals because of restrictions imposed by the Israeli army, they added. Casualties include women and children.
The Israeli army launched another major ground invasion in northern Gaza 10 days ago. More than 300 people have been killed during the siege, health officials said.
This is the second massacre committed by the Israeli military on Monday. Late last night, four people were killed and over 40 others injured, many critically, following an Israeli attack on tents sheltering displaced people inside the grounds of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. About 20 to 30 tents were completely destroyed, and burned down while people were inside them.
“Disfigured kids with their limbs blown off, and mangled faces. The real crime is that the supporters of this atrocity are justifying it,” Carlson noted.
Reuters reported on Wednesday, citing an unnamed source, that the US administration is also demanding the ICC shelve investigations of Israeli leaders over the Gaza genocide and end an investigation into war crimes conducted by US troops in Afghanistan.
