Gaza (QNN)- The Palestinian ministry of health on Friday announced that 79 protesters have been injured during Israeli repression of peaceful protests in eastern Gaza.
The ministry did not provide any further information on the nature of the injuries.
In a previous statement, the ministry said that a paramedic was shot by Israeli soldiers with a rubber-coated bullet, while he was doing his work providing medical aid to the protesters.
The Israeli army has been violently repressing Gaza's weekly Great Return March protests, causing hundreds of injuries and deaths.
