'Israel' arrested 53 Palestinians in Hebron only last May
Ramallah (QNN)- The Prisoners Information office said that the Israeli authorities arrested 53 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron last May, including 9 children and one lady.
A report by the office said that Israeli forces break into different areas of Hebron on daily basis and carry out search and arrest campaigns, vandalizing and sometimes stealing Palestinians' properties.
The report revealed that Hamdi Rajabi (41 years old) was rearrested less than one year after being released. Rajabi had already served 15 years in Israeli jails.
Muhammad Burqal (36 years old) was also rearrested only one year after being released. Muhammad also served 15 consecutive years in Israeli jails in addition to other 2 years and a half.
Muhammad Maharmeh (19 years old) had a dislocated shoulder during arrest.
The report revealed that Israel has also arrested nine children, the youngest of whom is Musa Ramadan (9 years old), who was arrested and investigated without the presence of any of his family members.
Israel has also issued 30 administrative detention orders, 21 of which were against prisoners whose detention was renewed.
