"Israel" shrinks Gaza fishing zone only one day after expanding it
Gaza (QNN)- Israeli authorities announced Wednesday it is limiting the fishing zone for Gazans down to 10 nautical miles from 15.
This comes only a day after "Israel" announced it was expanding the fishing zone as part of the cease-fire agreements with the Palestinian resistance factions.
The occupation state claimed that its decision came as a result of fires broken out in different locations of the occupied Palestinian lands because of "explosive balloons" send from Gaza.
“A decision was taken this Wednesday evening to reduce the fishing zone off the Gaza Strip to 10 nautical miles until further notice,” the so-called Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) said in a statement. “The decision was taken after the launch of incendiary balloons from Gaza.”
