'Israel' to turn Avitar illegal settlement into Jewish religious school
Occupied Nablus (QNN)- Israel's seventh channel reported on Monday that representatives for West Bank illegal settlements agreed on evacuating the outpost of Avitar and turn it into a religious school and a military zone.
The Hebrew channel reported that the Israeli army presented a plan to keep the houses in the illegal settlement outpost. The plan also claims that the outpost is illegal because settlers built it on unregulated land, however, Israeli authorities can legitimize it.
Israeli settlers built the illegal settlement during the latest Israeli war on Gaza. The settlers built fabricated houses on the Sabih mountain in the town of Beita. The outpost expanded within a very short time.
Locals of Beita went out in daily protests against the illegal settlements. However, Israeli forces killed four protesters and wounded hundreds so far.
