Israeli authorities arrest eight Palestinians for allegedly killing settler during Lod tensions
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- The Israeli Shin Bet said that it has arrested eight Palestinians under the pretext of throwing stones at a settler, who was attacking Palestinians' houses amid tensions that prevailed in occupied Lod last month. The settler died after that.
The Shin Bet said that six of the detainees are from occupied Lod. Also, it added that it arrested two others from the West Bank.
According to the Shin Bet's report, young Palestinians threw stones at the settler's car. The settler continued driving after that but he crashed into another car. Medical crews took him to a hospital before he died.
The report added that the detainees are Muhammad and Khaled Hassouneh, Yousef and Waleed Qadayem, Kareem Bahloul, and Iyad Marahleh. All of them are from occupied Lod.
The Shin Bet also arrested Ahmad Dannoun and Kamal Deifallah from the West Bank.
