Palestinian young man falls from high building while escaping Israeli police
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- A Palestinian worker died on Tuesday after falling from a high building while he was escaping Israeli policemen in the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948.
Palestinian sources said that the worker Muhammad Majd Kamil from Jenin died after falling from a high building while escaping Israeli policemen in Arrabet Al Btouf in the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948.
Israeli police said that its policemen launched a campaign to arrest Palestinian workers in the village, which included raid campaigns into buildings under construction in order to search for Palestinian workers, who don't have work permit.
The Israeli police claimed that the young man was arrested first but he suddenly lost consciousness.
Hundreds of Palestinians work in Israel without a permit and often police chase them and detain them before sending them back to the occupied West Bank where work is more scarce than in Israel and pay is much less.
Israel’s approval of 764 new West Bank settlement units marks another major expansion under Netanyahu, tightening control over Palestinian land and eroding hopes for a political agreement.
Logan said he doesn't think "Israel should be allowed to hide under the umbrella of the Eurovision," adding that he was "proud" of the broadcaster making the "right decision."
In the September 17-18, 2024 attacks on Lebanon, Israel detonated thousands of handheld pagers and walkie-talkies in public places, killing dozens including women and children and injuring nearly 3,000, according to the Lebanese government.
