'Israel' arrests young man for giving middle finger to police
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli forces arrested a young man last week in occupied Jerusalem for giving a middle finger to Israeli cops during the recent tensions in the holy city.
An Israeli court has been holding sessions for the young man for "contempt of police", according to his lawyer Muhammad Mahmoud. He had been arrested during a massive arrest campaign, which targeted 25 young men last Monday.
He added that the young man gave a middle finger for an Israeli cop last Friday during the celebrations in the holy city of the victory of the resistance in Gaza. Meanwhile, other detainees were accused of "hindering police work".
Lawyer Naser Owdeh said that Israeli undercover and special units arrested the young man and brutally beat him out at a police station, leaving him wounded.
Israel’s approval of 764 new West Bank settlement units marks another major expansion under Netanyahu, tightening control over Palestinian land and eroding hopes for a political agreement.
Logan said he doesn't think "Israel should be allowed to hide under the umbrella of the Eurovision," adding that he was "proud" of the broadcaster making the "right decision."
