Occupied West Bank (QNN)- Confrontations with Israeli occupation forces erupted in different areas on the West bank on Saturday, commemorating the Palestinian Land Day.
In Bireh, dozens of Palestinians confronted with Israeli occupation soldiers on the northern entrance to the city, while other confrontations erupted in Nabi Saleh in northern Ramallah.
Local sources said that dozens of young Palestinians and collage students burnt tires close to Beit El illegal settlement checkpoint, while Israeli soldiers responded throwing tear gas grenades and shooting protesters with rubber-coated bullets and also sprayed wastewater at them.
In Qalandya, hundreds of Palestinians went in a march to lands under threat of Israeli seizure.
Israeli forces suppressed another peaceful protest near Howarah checkpoint in Nablus, throwing tear gas grenades at protesters. Suffocation cases reported among protesters.
“Disfigured kids with their limbs blown off, and mangled faces. The real crime is that the supporters of this atrocity are justifying it,” Carlson noted.
Reuters reported on Wednesday, citing an unnamed source, that the US administration is also demanding the ICC shelve investigations of Israeli leaders over the Gaza genocide and end an investigation into war crimes conducted by US troops in Afghanistan.
