Settlers' violence: Attacks on shepherds, uprooting of olive trees, land confiscation
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli settlers on Saturday attacked Palestinian shepherds, uprooted olive trees in Masafer Yatta, and constructed a mobile house to confiscate Palestinian land in southern Nablus, according to WAFA.
According to Fu'ad Omour, coordinator for the Committees of Protection and Resilience in Masafer Yatta, said settlers from the illegal settlement of Ma'un attacked Palestinian shepherds and prevented them from sheep-herding.
He added that settlers from the illegal settlements of Susya and Mitzpe Yair in eastern Masafer Yatta chopped off and damaged hundreds of olive trees, belonging to Barakat Murr.
In Nablus, the Palestinian official responsible for settlements in the North of the West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, said Israeli settlers constructed a mobile house in the village of Beita.
The house has been constructed near the illegal settlement of 777, aiming at expanding it.
“Disfigured kids with their limbs blown off, and mangled faces. The real crime is that the supporters of this atrocity are justifying it,” Carlson noted.
Reuters reported on Wednesday, citing an unnamed source, that the US administration is also demanding the ICC shelve investigations of Israeli leaders over the Gaza genocide and end an investigation into war crimes conducted by US troops in Afghanistan.
