Salfit (QNN)- Israeli bulldozes on Tuesday demolished a house in the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan in Salfit.
Local sources said the Israeli army raided the village this morning before surrounding the under-construction house and preventing the locals from reaching it.
The sources added Israeli bulldozers started demolishing the house, which belongs to the citizen Tawfeeq Mer'i, under the pretext of having no construction permit.
Confrontations erupted between the Israeli occupation army and locals of the village after the demolition. Israeli soldiers used stun and tear gas grenades against the locals before they left the area.
