Israel holds bodies of 40 Palestinian martyrs

Ramallah (QNN)- The number of the bodies of Palestinian martyrs, hold by the Israelis since 2015, increased to reach 40 after holding the body of Omar Abu Laila, said the Popular Campaign to Release the Bodies of the Martyrs. Israel has hold the body of Omar Abu Laila after being executed on Tuesday in Abwin village in western Ramallah after three days of raids and search. Israel has been holding dozens of bodies of Palestinian martyrs in "cemeteries of numbers" for a long time and refused to hand them over to their families to get prayers and be buried in their home cities and towns. Israelis use the bodies as bargaining chips in future prisoner exchange deals with resistance factions.
