U.S. Ambassador to 'Israel' performs rituals at Al Buraq Wall of Al Aqsa mosque
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- The U.S. ambassador to the occupation state, David Friedman, participated in rituals at Al Buraq Wall of Al Aqsa mosque, violating regulations barring public prayers as part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. At least 13 participants attended the rituals at the Wall, which borders Al Aqsa mosque from the West. The Wall was occupied along with the western part of the Palestinian capital during the Nakbah in 1948. It has a big religious status for Muslims as it is associated with the miracle of the Prophet Muhammad, known as Israa and Mi'raj. Since the Muslims entered the city, Al-Buraq Wall has remained an Islamic Waqf and a pure right for Muslims. None of its stones date back to King Solomon’s era as the zionists claim. The zionists call the wall ‘the Wailing Wall’ because their prayers next to it take the form of crying and wailing. The U.S. embassy claimed that “Ambassador Friedman’s participation in the Priestly Blessing was in accordance with the Government of Israel’s social-distancing regulations. He attended the service at the invitation of the chief rabbi of the Western Wall. At the end of the service, the rabbi added a prayer for those in America suffering from COVID-19.”
