In Video | Israeli forces attack protesters in Jerusalem, Qalqilya leaving injuries
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli occupation forces opened fire at locals in the northwest of Jerusalem on Friday, wounding one Palestinian young man and causing others to suffocate with poisonous tear gas.
Local sources told QNN that Israeli forces opened fire at the 20-year-old young man while he was close to the apartheid wall in the village of Qatanna.
The sources stated that the young man was evacuated to a hospital in Ramallah after being shot in his thigh. His condition is stable.
In Issawiyyeh, the Israeli police attacked a Palestinian young man and brutally beat him at the eastern entry to the village before arresting him.

In the same context, dozens of suffocation cases resulted when Israeli soldiers fired poisonous tear gas at native Palestinians during the weekly anti-settlement protest in Kafr Qaddum in eastern Qalqilya.
The Coordinator of the popular resistance in Kafr Qaddum, Murad Ishtewi, said that the Israeli soldiers stormed the village and used poisonous tear gas and live rounds, leaving ten suffocation cases.
Ishtewi added that the Israeli occupation army has been unprecedentedly escalating its assaults against the weekly protest, using live bullets and vandalizing the locals' houses and properties.
US President Donal Trump has added Palestinian Authority-issued travel documents to its list of fully restricted entries. The Trump administration cites ‘security concerns’ and ‘weak vetting in the West Bank and Gaza.’
