Israeli court sentences two children to two years in jail
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- The Israeli central court on Wednesday sentenced two Palestinian teenagers from occupied Jerusalem to 24 months in jail and imposed a penalty on them.
The head of the Committee of Jerusalemite Prisoners, Amjad Abu Asab, said that the Israeli court sentenced Qaid Basiti (18 years old) and Muhammad Abu Sneineh (15 years old) to 24 months in jail.
He added that the court claimed the children burnt a police station, which is located in the courtyard of Al Aqsa mosque, using molotov cocktail and fireworks in March 2019.
Basiti is has been held in Nafha jail, while Abu Sneineh has been held in Damon jail. Both children were held back in March 2019.
