Foreign Actors Arming Iranian Protesters With Weapons: Israeli Media
Tehran (QNN)- Israel’s Channel 14 has reported that “foreign actors are arming” Iranian protesters with weapons, leading to the deaths of hundreds in recent weeks. Iranian officials have also said Israel and the United States are behind the protests as Trump urged Iranians to “keep protesting.”
“Channel 14: foreign actors are arming the protesters in Iran with live firearms, which is the reason for the hundreds of regime personnel killed,” Tamir Morag, Channel 14 correspondent wrote on X on Tuesday.

Trump on Tuesday urged Iranians to keep protesting, saying help is on the way.
"Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING - TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS!!!... HELP IS ON ITS WAY," Trump said in a post on Truth Social, without saying what that help might be.
Asked what he meant by "help is on its way", Trump told reporters they would have to figure that out. Trump has said an assault on Iran is among the options he is weighing to punish Iran.
An Iranian official said about 2,000 people had been killed.
Iranian officials previously said the US and Israel are behind the unrest.
In response to Trump's social media post that "help is on the way," Iran’s UN Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani said the US president was inciting violence, threatening the country’s sovereignty and security and seeking to destabilize the government.
“The United States and the Israeli regime bear direct and undeniable legal responsibility for the resulting loss of innocent civilian lives, particularly among the youth,” he wrote in a letter to the UN Security Council on Tuesday.
Lately, in a post on Truth Social, Trump had said that if Iran “violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States of America will come to their rescue.”
Iran firmly rejected Trump’s threats to intervene in Iranian protests.
Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said the Iranian people “know well the American record of so-called rescue operations, from Iraq and Afghanistan to Gaza.”
He warned that any interfering hand would be “cut off before it reaches its target,” calling national security a red line that is “not material for risky tweets.”
Meanwhile, Larijani, a member of Iran’s Expediency Discernment Council, accused Trump and Israeli officials of plotting behind the scenes.
He said America’s intervention in Iran’s internal affairs would create “complete chaos” in the region and destroy US interests.
He also urged the American public to be cautious about the safety of their troops, warning that Trump had “started a dangerous adventure.”
Iranian officials highlighted that Israel already tried to support the protests, and America’s involvement shows it cannot act alone.
Mossad-linked social media accounts made similar affirmations. “Go out into the streets together. The time has come. We are with you.” They used the Farsi language to connect with the sentiments of the Iranian people. “Not just from far, we are with you on the ground.”
Israel has also engaged in a co-ordinated and severe misinformation campaign using AI-generated photos and videos to trigger the Iranian crowd.

Former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who served in Donald Trump’s first administration, also confirmed that “Mossad agents walking beside” Iranian protesters.
