Pictures| Amid ban on Palestinians, Arab normalizing delegation visits Al Aqsa mosque under Israeli protection

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- While Israeli authorities continue to ban indigenous Palestinians from praying at Al Aqsa mosque, an Arab normalizing delegation visited the holy mosque under Israeli protection on Thursday.

The delegation arrived in the occupied city and visited the holy mosque under protection by the Israeli Shin Bet and police. Israeli policemen deployed at the Silsilah gate, intimidating Jerusalemites, in order to secure the delegation’s entry.

According to Arabi 21, when the 10 members of the delegation were asked about their countries they mentioned several Arab countries, most of them are Gulf countries.

The royal family of Jordan is the guardian of Jerusalem holy sites, however, Israeli authorities continue to fully control Al Aqsa mosque preventing Palestinians from visiting it.
