Over 130 Palestinian civilian casualties as Israel persists in its genocide in Gaza

Gaza (Quds News Network) – A devastating wave of Israeli airstrikes over the past few hours has claimed the lives of over 130 Palestinian civilians, including children and women, in various locations across the northern and central Gaza Strip. The tragic events unfolded this morning as Israeli warplanes targeted densely populated areas, leaving dozens more injured.
The deadly Israeli strikes mark the 86th day of the Israeli war of genocide on Gaza. A relentless campaign of airstrikes and artillery shelling has continued unabated, resulting in the loss of innocent lives and causing extensive destruction across multiple regions.
This morning’s attacks were concentrated on the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in central Gaza City, where 48 lives were lost, and numerous others were injured. Al-Aqsa University in Gaza City also faced airstrikes, leading to the tragic deaths of at least 20 individuals.
Medical sources revealed that, within the past 24 hours, 64 Palestinians were killed, and 186 others sustained injuries due to Israeli attacks on residential homes in central Gaza. Shockingly, occupying Israeli forces committed 12 massacres against civilian residences during this period, resulting in the tragic loss of 150 lives and injuries to 286 individuals.

Israeli warplanes and artillery extended their strikes to various locations in northern and central Gaza. Local sources confirmed that the Israeli military executed a fire-belt attack on agricultural land owned by the Abu Muzayid family in the town of Al-Zawaida in central Gaza.
In the al-Maghazi refugee camp, Israeli warplanes targeted the Grand Mosque, the surroundings of Abu Rakan Diwan family council, and residences of families such as Al-Shanti, Abdeljawad, Abu Batnin, Shukri, Taha, and El-Arouki.
Tragically, paramedic Adham Al-Ghoul lost his life in the line of duty as Israeli forces targeted him during his humanitarian efforts in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Occupation forces intensified their assault by launching stun grenades near the Khawla school, a shelter for thousands of displaced individuals. Simultaneously, artillery bombardment targeted the home of the Abu Khasewan family east of Deir Al-Balah.
In a heart-wrenching incident, six individuals were reported killed, with over 40 still missing under the rubble of the Isleem family home, destroyed by Israeli airstrikes in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City.
The coastal area of Rafah witnessed the tragic death of a Palestinian youth as Israeli naval vessels fired heavy machine guns on the beach.
In the town of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis, four Palestinians lost their lives due to Israeli shelling over the past few hours.
Simultaneously, rescue teams managed to retrieve the bodies of eight martyrs from various areas in Khan Yunis, as reported by local and medical sources.
In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli offensive on Gaza, which commenced on October 7, has resulted in more than 21,822 deaths and approximately 56,450 injuries. Thousands are still missing, with 70% of the victims being children and women.
