Several human rights organizations (The Committee of Detainees’ and former Detainees’ affairs, The Palestinian Prisoners’ Association, Addameer, Wadi Hilweh Information Center) issued on Saturday a fact sheet, stating that “Israeli authorities arrested 157 citizens in Jerusalem, 40 in Ramallah, 74 in Hebron, 31 in Jenin, 33 in Bethlehem, 30 in Nablus, 18 in Tulkarm, 18 in Qalqilya, three in Jericho, 7 in Tubs, one in Salfit, and one in Gaza.”

The arrests raised the total detainees in Israeli jails to nearly 4400, including 41 women, 170 children, and 380 administrative detainees.
