New Israeli airstrikes hit targets near Damascus
Damascus (QNN)- New Israeli airstrikes targeted a number of sites near Damascus after midnight Sunday, Syrian state media (SANA) reported.
“the Israeli enemy launched an assault, firing missiles from the occupied Golan and Galilee,” SANA reported, quoting a military source. “The defences of the Syrian army confronted the Israeli aggression and shot down most of the missiles”, it added.
The Israeli occupation army has increased its strike on Syria in recent weeks. On January 13, Israeli air forces targeted locations in the East of the country, killing over 57.
