‘Most Horrific’: Israeli Siege on Northern Gaza Kills or Leaves Over 5,000 Palestinians Missing in 100 Days

Gaza (Quds News Network)- Israel’s siege on northern Gaza has killed or left 5,000 people missing in just 100 days, according to Gaza’s Government Media Office, which describes it as “the most horrific form of ethnic cleansing, displacement, and destruction.”
On Sunday, the Office reported that another 9,500 Palestinians were injured in the Israeli military operation in the north, while 2,600, including women and children, were arrested by Israeli forces.
The Office also described the Israeli siege as “the most horrific form of ethnic cleansing, displacement, and destruction,” affecting hundreds of thousands in the war-torn region.
On October 5, 2024, the Israeli military launched an operation in northern Gaza as part of its implementation of the “Generals’ Plan,” despite widespread condemnations from human rights organizations. The plan aims to ethnically cleanse the northern Gaza Strip, followed by a siege that blocks humanitarian supplies, starving out anyone remaining, including Palestinian fighters.
