Occupied Palestine (QNN)- While fans of ‘Money Heist’ are waiting for the fifth season, stars of the hit series showed their support for the occupation state of Israeli and praised the Israeli racist anti-Palestinian series ‘Fauda’.

In an interview with Israel’s Channel 12, Hovik Kauchukrian, who plays Bogotá, said ‘Fauda’ is a great series. He added that he plans to visit the occupation state, noting that he had an Israeli girlfriend.

“I really want to come”, he said stressing that he will visit the occupation state. “I heard wonderful things about your country.”

In the same interview, Darko Perić, who plays Helsinki, said he visited the occupation state and described it as “an extraordinary experience”, hoping to visit the occupation state again.

“I know a lot of fans there who are lovely people… Even the cops wanted to take pictures with me”, he added.

The Israeli Netflix series Fauda (meaning chaos in Arabic) which has been a global hit, follows an undercover Israeli special forces unit known as the “musta’ribim”, who disguise themselves as Palestinians to infiltrate Palestinian towns, villages and protests. They are particularly known for blending into protests dressed as young Palestinian men and kidnapping protesters. Fauda has been heavily criticized for dehumanizing Palestinians and completely erasing the military occupation by failing to show any of the massive and visible infrastructure built across the West Bank and Gaza to keep Palestinians contained.
